I am already a graduate in IT and also not to disclose, I am currently undergoing training in Java technologies(3/4th completed). I mean to say, I was made perfectly clear with basic concepts of OOP just an hour before when I followed the link. It might be my fault that I have missed thorough understanding of the concepts long before as a beginner. So I suggest beginners to follow-up the link above and have realization of basics of OOP.
